The publisher of the Journal of International Marketing used to be the publication of the Association of International Marketing (AIM) until the name was changed to the Institute of International Marketing (IIM), now the Institute of International Marketing is the publisher of the Journal of International Marketing.

Is the Journal of International Marketing free?
The Journal of International Marketing is only free to all Institute of International Marketing (IIM) members including students and registered international marketing firms. Non-members can subscribe the Journal for £23 online edition or £40 for hard copy edition.

How would I read the Journal of International Marketing online?
The Journal of International Marketing has been published under PDF (Personal Document Format) popularly known as Adobe Reader. We did it on pdf so that every member or subscriber can read the journal online or print it exactly the same manner it has been printed by us at a print shop.
Every computer has the facility to install PDF, if your computer hasn't got pdf, you can download the latest version of Adobe Reader by typing in PDF or Adobe Reader on any search engine and install it in your computer.

How do I download the Journal of International Marketing to print or read it off-line?
PDF or Adobe Reader is more or less a word processor but the only difference is that it would not allow you to edit it, although this is possible if you have the paid copy of Adobe Reader.
With Adobe Reader 7, 8, 9 or the latest, you can download the Journal of International Marketing, once you see at the bottom of the left hand corner where it says "done". Click on top, on the file menu and Save As Text on your hard drive or on your pen drive to save it. Once it is saved, you can go back to it at any time to read or print it without logging on to the internet but remember you need the password given at the time of download to read or print it.

Can I purchase past edition of the Journal of International Marketing?
Yes, you can purchase past edition of the Journal of International Marketing but it will be from 2008 when the Institute of International Marketing (IIM) took over from the Association of International Marketing (AIM).

How do I become a subscriber?
You can become a subscriber by subscribing to the Journal of International Marketing through our website by going to subscription section and follow the instruction.
On the other hand, if you like, you can e-mail us or write to us for a subscription form, which we can send to you, and after completing it, you need to send it back to us with your payment. See our address or other contact details under contact us.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time provided we haven't started sending the Journal to you. Once we started sending the Journal to you, it is ineffectual to cancel because we have considered the effort involved in searching your name and address in our database and in contacting our Journal distributors, etc., which if we charge cancellation fee will surpass the subscription fee or the refund you might get. This is why we start your subscription a month after your subscription to give you time if you want to cancel. Thus, you subscription continues until the end of the year or until the end of the subscription.
However, if your subscription is for two years and at the end of one year you have cancelled your subscription, then you will have one year refund. The same as if your subscription is for three years and at the end of one year and you have cancelled your subscription, you will get two years refund.

Can I change my address at any time?
Yes, you can change your e-mail or postal address at any time but changing of your postal address may take up to two months to take effect.

When are the Journal of International Marketing publication dates?
The Journal of International Marketing is published between first and second week of every quarter - March, July and November. Consequently, every member or subscriber will receive the Journal before the end of the month. If you did not receive yours at the end of the month (March, July or November) contact us immediately.

At present we are only using English Language, although we are proposing using French and Spanish if we have enough members or subscribers wanting us to use these languages.

Yes, you can subscribe for another person but first of all contact the person because he or she might be subscribing already. Once you have established that the person is not subscribing, you can go ahead to subscribe with the person's details and submit the details with the appropriate fee.
